RCH offers Social Services and Discharge Planning Services to assist patients and their families in maintaining the highest level of physical, mental and psychosocial ability. Sometimes patients and families just need someone to listen to their concerns and worries about difficult situations.

Social Services provides support and guidance on the next step to take regarding a difficult diagnosis or family issue. Social Services refers patients and families to appropriate community resources that will best meet their needs. This service is provided by Rooks County Health Center free of charge. Services include:
