Rooks County Cancer Council
About the Rooks County Cancer Council
Are you fighting cancer? You have allies in Rooks County that want you to know that there is help and that you are not alone. Rooks County Cancer Council is here to help support county residents who are being treated for cancer. Vouchers for fuel to travel to doctor’s appointments as well as nutritional supplements are available to help defray the costs of treatment. We want to make sure that everyone in Rooks County undergoing treatment for cancer knows that they can receive assistance to help relieve some of the financial burden of fighting the disease.
Rooks County Cancer Council is not affiliated with any other cancer society. All funds and donations collected are used exclusively to support Rooks County residents. Rooks County Cancer Council is administered by the Rooks County Healthcare Foundation (RCHF), an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable foundation. Support provided by the Council is funded through tax exempt public and private donations, memorials, and fundraisers.
