Outpatient Nursing Services
RCH provides comprehensive services for patients undergoing outpatient therapeutic intravenous procedures. Treatment, for acute and chronic illness which require intravenous and injection therapy, is performed on an outpatient basis.
Medications most commonly infused are those for the treatment of:
- Crohn’s Disease
- Ulcerative Colitis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Osteoporosis
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Varying neurological and autoimmune diseases
- Antibiotic, hydration therapy and blood transfusions are also performed in the department.
- Wound Care
