At Rooks County Health Center, we’re proud to have dedicated healthcare professionals like Dr. Beth Oller on our team. A family medicine physician who graduated from Wesley Family Medicine Residency in Wichita, Dr. Oller brings not only expertise but a deep commitment to the RCH communities.
Dr. Oller has built a thriving practice, where her clinical interests include maternal and child care, quality improvement, and ensuring access to healthcare in rural settings. Her passion for rural medicine is evident in her approach to patient care. “Working in a close-knit community like this allows me to form personal connections with my patients and make a real difference in their lives,” she says.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Oller is just as dynamic. She’s an avid reader, loves to cross-stitch, and enjoys spending time exploring the beauty of Kansas with her family. But perhaps most surprising to her patients is her love for singing. “If I weren’t in healthcare, I’d definitely want to do musical theater or be a vocal performer,” Dr. Oller shares with a smile. Having performed with several groups over the years, singing remains one of her favorite hobbies.
When asked about the best advice she’s ever received, Dr. Oller recalls a powerful message shared by a female physician leader she admires: “NO is a complete sentence.” This simple yet profound lesson has shaped both her professional and personal life, helping her navigate the challenges of balancing a demanding career with her other passions.
Dr. Oller’s commitment to rural healthcare, her diverse interests, and her dedication to her patients make her an invaluable part of the RCH team. We are grateful to have her caring for our community.
